This patient is a 42 year old woman who wanted to enlarge her breasts with silicone implants and also have an abdominoplasty to better the appearance of her abdomen. She underwent transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation using 380 cc silicone implants in conjunction with a lipoabdominoplasty to improve the shape of her tummy. This combination of procedures is known as a Mommy Makeover. A Mommy Makeover could also be a combination of a breast lift with tummy tuck. By combining a tummy tuck with a breast augmentation, the patient can have just one operation which saves money on anesthesia time.
