This patient is a 38 year old woman that did not like the asymmetry and also the size of her implants after previously having an augmentation with 275cc saline implants. She started to develop capsular contracture in her left breast and wanted to exchange the implants to help correct the problem. She also desired a more enhanced look and wanted to exchange her saline implants for silicone. Dr. Jaime Perez at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa performed an exchange of implants for a smooth, round silicone moderate profile. The patient is happy with her outcome after the revision.
