This patient was a 43 year old woman whose original breast implants were implanted by another surgeon. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts due to the grade 1 ptosis (sagging) she was experiencing. Dr Perez corrected this by removing her old implants and replacing them with smooth, round, moderate-plus profile 325cc saline implants placed under the muscle and then performing a mastopexy. This added both lift and upper pole fullness to her breasts, giving them a fuller, perkier appearance.
