Description:

This patient is a 30 year old woman who was unhappy with the appearance of a pouch and excess skin in her abdomen area. She also desired more full and youthful looking breasts. Dr Perez performed a breast augmentation through a transaxillary approach with 450cc Mentor gel implants placed under the muscle. A lipoabdomioplasty was also performed to remove the patient’s unsightly excess skin and sculpt the abdomen into a more shapely hourglass figure. This procedure included liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls and back. During this portion of the procedure the patient’s abdominal muscles were also tightened to create a flatter, tighter tummy. The patient is very pleased with her result.
