This patient is a 30 year old girl who had wanted to improve the shape of her nose for many years. These pictures are 3 weeks post surgery and she feels very happy with the shape of her nose particularly the tip and the dorsum of her nose. Dr. Jaime Perez performed open rhinoplasty with dorsum hump reduction, nose tip elevation and rotation using her own cartilage from the nasal septum. She had also spreader grafts to improve the dorsal aesthetic lines making her nose look refined, elegant and natural.
